Ascendant is a transaction focussed business. Whilst our primary role is to execute those deals, our clients often ask us to assist us them to evaluate their strategic options and plan the execution of certain transactions to maximise value.

Our teams work with our clients to analyse the areas of their businesses which are creating value and those which are not. We use a number of tools to assess value and base our recommendations on this analysis and our practical experience of "actually" achieving value realisations.
